What areas do you serve

How far in advance should I book my cleaning session

While we can accommodate last-minute requests when possible, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for weekday appointments and 1 weeks for weekends to ensure availability.

Can I request the same cleaner for every time

We make every effort to accommodate your preference for the same cleaner on each visit, providing continuity and a more personalized service.

What are Clean Bee operation hours

Our Cleaner are available from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Our office and customer service representatives are ready to assist you from Monday to Friday, also between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Is it possible to Make Last Minute Changes or Cancel

We generally discourage last-minute changes or cancellations, but we do recognize that emergencies can occur. For routine cleaning and upholstery cleaning services, you can cancel at no charge if done 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot. Rescheduling within 24 hours prior to the service time slot is permitted. However, last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours before the service time will incur a RM30.00 cancellation fee per session.

What payment method do you accept

We accept payments through bank transfer and We accept the cash payments also.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.
